Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when you are entitled to a refund for purchases made through BrandForge Academy, operated by eCommerce Services B.V. ("we", "us", "our"). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. Please read it before you buy.

1. Free courses

Courses offered free of charge involve no payment and are therefore not subject to refunds.

2. Paid courses and digital content

Our paid courses are digital content that is made available to you immediately after purchase. Because you receive instant access, special rules apply to refunds, as set out below.

3. Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have a fourteen day right to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content, this right is lost once you have started to access the content, provided that you expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal by doing so. At checkout you will be asked to confirm this before your purchase is completed.

This means that if you have not yet accessed the course, you may request a refund within fourteen days. If you have already started the course, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies, although our voluntary guarantee below may still apply.

4. Our satisfaction guarantee

We want you to be happy with what you learn. In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary refund within [14] days of purchase if you are not satisfied, provided you have completed no more than [20]% of the course. To keep this fair, this guarantee is offered once per customer. Replace the bracketed figures with your chosen terms, or remove this section if you do not wish to offer a voluntary guarantee.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at [your contact email] with the email address used for your purchase, the course name, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within [5] working days.

6. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several working days for the refund to appear. We refund the amount you paid for the relevant course.

7. Reseller commissions

This policy covers course purchases only. Commissions earned through any reseller programme are governed by your separate reseller agreement, not by this Refund Policy.

8. Exceptions

We may decline a refund where we reasonably believe a request is fraudulent, where the guarantee has already been used, or where our Terms and Conditions have been breached, for example by sharing or redistributing course content. Nothing in this policy affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. The policy that applied at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
